Karo Gevorgyan’s work focuses on empowering individuals, fostering social enterprise development, and strengthening support systems for vulnerable communities.
As the Director of Programs at CODE Social Entrepreneurship HUB (CODE-SE HUB), Karo has been instrumental in designing and leading social entrepreneurship training programs, project incubation initiatives, and ecosystem-building efforts.
Through his work, he has:
✔ Led and managed large-scale projects focused on social entrepreneurship education and ecosystem development.
✔ Designed and facilitated training programs for social entrepreneurs, educators, and community leaders to enhance their skills in social impact and business sustainability.
✔ Provided mentorship and strategic guidance to social enterprises, helping them refine their business models and achieve sustainable growth.
✔ Worked extensively with displaced and vulnerable communities, developing tailored support programs and fostering long-term social and economic inclusion resulting to creation of over 300 businesses.
✔ Served as a trainer, lecturer, and consultant, equipping individuals and organizations with the tools needed to drive meaningful change.
